The Breaking News: Showing an excerpt instead of a full post in archive views

By default, the theme displays a full blog post if the More tag is not used in archive views. It is possible to display automatic excerpts as well. The Breaking News comes with an option to choose between a full post or an excerpt for the blog and archive pages:

  1. Navigate to Appearance → Customize → Theme Options.
  2. In the Theme Options, go to Archive View Options.
  3. Under the Content label, select your option.
  4. Click Publish to save the settings.
