Customizing your front page

The Front Page template has six sections:

  • Introduction
  • Feature page #1
  • Feature page #2
  • Recent blog posts
  • Recent testimonials
  • Homepage-specific widget area

All sections are optional except the Introduction section. When you first activate Fortune, your homepage will display posts in a traditional blog format. If you’d like to use the Front Page template instead, follow the instructions above.

Introduction

The Introduction section displays your homepage title and content along with a Featured Image:

  1. Add some introductory text to the page that has the Front Page template. For best results, we recommend a couple of paragraphs.
  2. The page’s Featured Image is displayed behind your intro text.
